XMR deposit stuck

Hello, I deposited Monero (XMR) yesterday August 19 before I was notified today of the delisting in my country (Canada). As of now, the transaction still says ‘Pending/In Progress’Ticket is 18438807 Public ID is AA79 N84G 4MCT TM2QThis is very concerning as I did not have forewarning of the delisting and would not have deposited otherwise. Can you please either complete the deposit or send it back to my wallet? I’ve included my wallet address in the support email. Thanks.
