Mining with GPU?

I'm currently CPU mining on P2Pool using Gupaxx. My computer has an NVIDIA Geforce GTX460 GPU and I was wondering if another instance of XMRig can be set up and run separately to mine on Monero Ocean, using the GPU, and if so how to go about it.
