How to send xmr from cake wallet to tradeogre?

I was advised that I could send my monero to tradeogre & then be able to sell em there, because I can't sell em from cake wallet.But I don't understand tradeogre app, I've expected to find something called send & recive but that's not the case with tradeogre? how do i send my monero there to begin with?
