AML Flag from SwapTrade During Cake Wallet Swap

full image - Repost: AML Flag from SwapTrade During Cake Wallet Swap (from Reddit.com, AML Flag from SwapTrade During Cake Wallet Swap)
Hi everyone,I recently used Cake Wallet to swap some Bitcoin into Monero. The wallet automatically selected SwapTrade as the exchange provider. I usually don’t check which service it picks because all my previous swaps went through smoothly without any problems.A few days later, I opened my wallet and noticed that the swap hadn’t completed. Instead, SwapTrade informed me that my transaction had failed an Anti-Money Laundering check, and they are currently holding the Bitcoin because it was allegedly flagged as “stolen.”What’s confusing is that I originally bought the BTC through Cash App, so I’m not sure how it could be considered stolen. They’ve now asked me to send $1 to confirm ownership of the wallet, but they haven’t even provided an address yet. The whole situation feels a bit strange to me, especially since I already offered to verify the transaction using the TXID, screenshots, and even my ID — but they didn’t accept those. At the moment, I’m waiting for responses from both SwapTrade and Cake Wallet support since I’ve contacted both teams. If anyone here has experienced something similar or has any advice on what I should do next, I’d really appreciate hearing your thoughts.Thanks.
