GUI Sync Write Speed went Down

Hey guys, so I tried to sync my GUI wallet in my computer to mine Monero and my SSD writes at 30-60 Mb/s for 3million blocks to 2million. However, when remaining blocks went below 2million, write speed went down as well to 10 Mb/s.And now it's almost finished, just 36k blocks to go, but my write speed becomes 400kb/s to 3Mb/s. Why is it happening?Also, note that the read speed is higher now than the write speed.
