Cake Wallet monero swap issue. Money Lost.

<a target="_blank" href="So I was sent $50 USD worth of Bitcoin and I already had a bit of Litecoin but I wanted monero so I converted it to Monero. I lost my Bitcoin AND Litecoin and was not given any monero despite the transaction saying it is finished. I already emailed support days ago and have still not gotten any responses.Trocador also says the transactions are complete and yet my Monero wallet still shows a balance of zero. I'm essentially locked out of g2g and can't refill my panel. Any ideas?

<a target="_blank" href="I've recharged twice with my account and this weekend I made a transaction with a new Cake wallet that went through, but didn't update. I reached out to g2g and their processor Triple A and was told by Triple A that I was permanently banned from their processing. No review, no warning. I asked for clarification and they wouldn't disclose a reason, just "based on a thorough internal review" they wouldn't process any payments. Some details. I used Cake wallet for the first time (so brand new wallet from new platform), original funding for payment was Monero. The only thing I can think of is that it was a new wallet and the tether (polygon) was originally funded from Monero which was a new approach for me.The backup payments (PayPal and CC) aren't eligible for IPTV payment. I'm wondering if it's worth pursuing any more or just cut my losses and buy a panel from a different platform. If thats the case, ​is it possible to transfer the panel to another provider? The purchase never updated as received and I got a refund from g2g's payment processor Triple A for the amount minus the gas fee. Weird, but whatever. when I went to make the purchase again I never received the secure payment screen for crypto and g2g said to contact Triple As support. I've since learned more of crypto coins, it's varying pseudo anonymity, and began using Monero. Most recently, I converted Monero to Polygon and used TetherPOL for a purchase on g2g. The purchase never updated as received and I got a refund from g2g's payment processor Triple A for the amount minus the gas fee. Weird, but whatever. when I went to make the purchase again I never received the secure payment screen for crypto and g2g said to contact Triple As support.
