antivirus detecting ~50ish viruses after installing the Monero GUI

I've already confirmed the validity of the monero installer I downloaded, and I'm aware that it is common for antivirus to flag anything related to crypto, but this seems like an abnormal amount of false-positives from windows defender. weirdly though, malewarebytes doesn't flag anything as suspicious.are these false positives?
