Best XMR wallet?

I tried downloading the moneto GUI wallet off the getmonero.org website, but my computers built in virus protection software won’t let me run the program. Should I bypass the block? Or is there a more trustworthy wallet I can find that doesn’t sketch out my computer’s security system?Sorry - newbie here
