Trying to make a one off transaction into a friend's wallet

I don't do or understand crypto. My friend, however, does. Long story short I owe him £20 worth of Monero. Is there a way to use a debit card to make a direct payment of whatever £20 is in Monero straight into his wallet without me having to make a wallet of my own? I'm looking for minimum effort here. Thanks!
