I made LLMJob Earn, a free, open-source Pearl miner with 0% fee that out-mines SRBMiner (up to 51% on AMD) and runs a local LLM alongside it

<a target="_blank" href="Been mining PRL since launch and got tired of losing 2% of every share to a dev fee, so I built my own miner. It's called LLMJob Earn. Open source (MIT), and there's no dev fee at all. Not an opt-out donation, there just isn't one. You can read the whole thing on GitHub, kernels included.I benchmarked it against SRBMiner and PeakMiner on a bunch of rented boxes, same card, same pool, back to back. Here's how much more PRL you end up with once SRBMiner's 2% fee comes off:- RX 9060 XT: up to 51% more- RX 9070 XT: up to 31% more- RX 7900 XT / XTX / 7800 XT: up to 8% more- RTX 40: up to 4% more- RTX 30 and 50: up to 3% more- H100: about 1% more- RTX 20 and A100: basically evenIt also runs on GTX 10 cards, which the paid miners don't support at all. A 1080 Ti does about 17.8 TH/s on it.AMD and NVIDIA both work on Windows and Linux. There's a desktop app where you paste your address and hit start, and it picks the right core for your card by itself. There's also a CLI for rigs and a HiveOS package. You can mine Monero on the CPU at the same time if you want. The other thing it does, and where the name comes from: it runs a local LLM (Gemma) right next to the miner on the same GPU. It fits in the VRAM mining doesn't use, and only pauses mining on that card for the few seconds it's answering a prompt. You get a private local AI on your rig for free, and long term the plan is for your GPU to earn from AI jobs on top of mining. It's early, so for now the earnings are all PRL. If you just want to mine, switch it to Mining mode in settings.AMD on Windows is brand new (the benchmarks above were on Linux), so if you've got a Radeon on Windows I'd love to hear how it does. All the raw numbers, hosts and clocks are here if you want to check my work: https://github.com/super3/llmjob/blob/main/benchmark.mdDownload: https://llmjob.comIf you've got a card that's not on the list, post it and I'll tell you what it does. Feedback welcome, especially if something breaks." title="I made LLMJob Earn, a free, open-source Pearl miner with 0% fee that out-mines SRBMiner (up to 51% on AMD) and runs a local LLM alongside it">full image</a> <strong> - Repost: I made LLMJob Earn, a free, open-source Pearl miner with 0% fee that out-mines SRBMiner (up to 51% on AMD) and runs a local LLM alongside it</strong> (<i>from Reddit.com, I made LLMJob Earn, a free, open-source Pearl miner with 0% fee that out-mines SRBMiner (up to 51% on AMD) and runs a local LLM alongside it</i>) <br><blockquote> Been mining PRL since launch and got tired of losing 2% of every share to a dev fee, so I built my own miner.
