MoneroOcean showing higher hashrate than local

Absolute beginner here, in my cmd window it shows that I'm getting stable 2850-2900h/s while MoneroOcean website is showing me having average 3300h/s, I'm not going to complain about free hashrate but why is that?Also I wanted to ask if that's normal getting 100% valid shares.
