Buying monero

Hi I'm based in UK and need some help buying monero. I need about £30 worth. Usually I transfer gbp into litecoin on revolut and send to cake wallet to then exchange to monero. This obviously includes a £3 transfer fee from revolut. Or would it be cheaper to buy via bank transfer on local monero? One of these 2 options I want to use. Many thanks
