Sent transaction stuck as pending

I have googled and done everything. Confirming my Monero Dameon is latest version, confirming its synced to the correct height, switched nodes etc..It shows on block chain explorers - but isn't assigned to a block and just shoes as "pending" for hours. Should I be concerned?
