Missing Monero & Bitmark

I had a Poloniex account several years ago (pre 2018) and held Monero & Bitmark.Today after years of trying I gained access to find my tokens are no where to be seen.I wanted to download a transaction history or something to try and find out what happened but it doesn't seem to work.Any ideas?
